4-Day Safari – Arusha NP, Tarangire, Ngorongoro & Manyara
This four-day safari is designed to give you a complete taste of Tanzania's diverse landscapes and wildlife. From the lush forests and volcanic features of Arusha National Park, to the elephant herds and baobab trees of Tarangire, the dramatic amphitheater of the Ngorongoro Crater, and finally the tree-climbing lions and birdlife of Lake Manyara, this journey offers unforgettable encounters with nature. With private 4×4 vehicles, professional guides, and cozy midrange lodges, you'll enjoy both adventure and comfort.
Your driver-guide will pick you up from your lodge early in the morning for the short drive to Arusha National Park, carrying picnic lunch boxes.
This park is unique for its variety of habitats: open savannah, acacia scrubland, lush rainforest, and volcanic features such as Mount Meru, waterfalls, and the Ngurdoto Crater. Wildlife includes black-and-white colobus monkeys, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and shy wildebeests. You'll enjoy both a game drive and a guided walking safari accompanied by a park ranger, offering a closer look at the flora and fauna. Afterward, return to Arusha for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, carrying picnic lunch boxes.
Named after the Tarangire River, which sustains wildlife during the dry season, the park is famous for its large elephant herds, towering baobab trees, and diverse landscapes ranging from savannah to seasonal swamps. Lions may be seen stalking prey, while leopards often lounge in acacia branches. Birdlife is abundant, with hundreds of species filling the skies. After a full day of game drives, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the world's largest intact volcanic caldera.
The crater floor hosts over 30,000 animals year-round, including buffalo, elephants, lions, leopards, and the rare black rhino. Flamingos shimmer in crater lakes, while raptors soar overhead. Lunch is enjoyed at a scenic picnic site near the hippo pool. After the game drive, ascend the crater and return to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.
